1. Shipping Schedules & Transit Times
- Processing: Orders are processed dynamically based on peak fruit harvesting cycles to guarantee maximum sweetness and quality.
- Transit Methods: To preserve delicate cell structures and prevent early spoilage, all shipments utilize expedited transit methods (Next Day Air or 2-Day Express depending on region and item sensitivity).
- Shipping Days: To prevent boxes from sitting in transit facilities over weekends, we primarily ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
2. Delivery Address Constraints
Due to the highly perishable nature of our products, we require a physical shipping address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances. It is the buyer's absolute responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the package immediately upon arrival to avoid prolonged UV or heat exposure on porches.
